Cadre is always happy to negotiate terms and conditions to allow for a seamless transition.

A: Cadre provides a dedicated, ongoing search program for a negotiated fee, backed by a replacement guarantee. The fee applies when one of our clients hires a Cadre candidate within one year of resume submission.

Q: Does Cadre offer payroll services?

A: Cadre is happy to provide payroll services, taking charge of all the associated payroll administration so your company can focus on what it does best. Our payroll services offer you total flexibility in staffing.

Q: How does Cadre screen candidates?

A: Our recruitment specialists interview each potential Cadre candidate prior to being referred to any of our clients. This is a key step in evaluating the candidate’s technical abilities and business knowledge, as well as their professionalism, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

As part of the in-house interview process, we can perform customized technical testing and background checks.

Q: How does your recruitment process work?

Q: What kind of invoicing should I expect?

A: At Cadre, we're flexible. Our invoices can be custom-generated to accommodate your specific, unique requirements. You might, for instance, need invoices separated by department, purchase order, project or even individual worker.

Cadre sends invoices on a weekly basis and all invoices are supported by signed time sheets. Invoices can be received electronically or by mail and are due upon receipt.
